It’s in a convenient location. The water pressure was amazing! The service was even better! The front desk was very friendly, and the housekeeping was amazing

I have stayed at many hotels over the years due to frequent business travel, and I can confidently say that the Hilton Garden Inn near the Salt Lake City Airport consistently delivers an exceptional experience. From the moment I walk through the doors, I am greeted with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make every stay comfortable and seamless. The standout feature of this hotel is without question the front desk staff. The ladies at the front are always incredibly accommodating, attentive, and truly amazing. No matter the time of day or how busy the lobby may be, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Whether it’s assisting with an early check-in, answering questions about the area, coordinating transportation, or simply greeting you with a friendly smile, their customer service is top-tier and makes a lasting impression. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and well maintained, which is especially important for travelers coming in late or leaving early due to airport schedules. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and everything feels well cared for. It is clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards throughout the property. The location is also extremely convenient. Being right next to the airport makes travel stress-free, yet the hotel remains quiet and relaxing. The Hilton Garden Inn was nice. The hotel was clean, as were the rooms. The staff was very professional and very helpful. The breakfast, though not free, was very good as well. The reason I rated it a 4 overall is because the water in the shower was lukewarm, and the tub was very slippery. There needs to be some sort of traction straps in the tub, or someone may take a hard fall. Also, the water needs to be hotter, so people will actually have the option of taking a hot shower. Other than those two things, everything was outstanding.

Found this gem on an unintended layover. I chose this Hotel for its close proximity and 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle service. The front desk Team member was very professional, pleasant, and presented a "I love my job" personality. The next morning my experiences with the early morning front desk, and shuttle driver were equally enjoyable. Overall my stay was short, but the time I was there, it was obvious from looking at how the day to day maintenance operations of the facility, that the Team members who work here have the same goals and professional as those Team member I was fortunate to encounter. Thank you Team Hilton Garden Inn for turning an unexpected SLC delay into a pleasant experience.

This is a great spot to stop on the way in or out of town. Nice clean rooms with a yummy restaurant and great food servers. We will be back in July.

I arrived at the hotel at around 2 AM after being stranded at the Salt Lake City airport, exhausted and stressed. Tessa at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. She checked me in quickly, made sure I was comfortable, and her positive energy genuinely made a tough night so much better. It’s rare to meet someone who treats you like a person when you’re just having “one of those days” — but Tessa did exactly that. She was thoughtful, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Tessa — you made a difficult situation much easier. The hotel is lucky to have you!

Nice hotel standard of others like it i their chain. Good shuttle that runs on time. People are all sweet. Had to stay due to a Delta mechanical overnight delay. Salt Lake is always a beautiful place to see with the snow-capped mountains around the basin. Would stay here is visiting too. Breakfast not free but seemed to be reasonably priced to me. Nearby is the Marriot if they are sold out.

Great hotel , room shower door was broken, customer service at front desk was great , good gym , plenty of hot water and AC worked good
